Some things in life just gives us immense pleasure and the happiness of which can be seen in our eyes, with that small little things we have in our life. And sum times gifting yourself with the things that you always wanted to have is a such a great feeling. It can be anything and so this new year, I just got a book for myself which I always wanted to read since the time it has come but couldn’t, may be I was not into reading so much those days (even I am not much into it now) So finally here it is with me the book “Rahul Dravid- A Biography” and I swear reading every bit of it makes me feel happy coz its not just the book for me but about sum one who has always inspired me, the man of dignity, his way of living. What do I say about this great Indian Cricketer when every one of us knows about him so well, the wall of Indian cricket.
He has something in his persona which makes him different from all, his dashing personality, his calm nature, his balanced speech, his firm determination and yes his “never say never again” attitude.

I have always watched Rahul (mah hero) playing since mah childhood (or say from the time he started to play in Indian Cricket Team) and the craziness for him still continues. This sport fascinates me like nothing else and yes Rahul has always been the reason. Reading through the book, makes me know more about his personal side, his childhood, school days , friends , teachers and so many people around him.
He is the complete man (the dependable) not just on the field but off the field too who always knows how to be oneself. Its just such a pleasure watching him out there on the ground and making his presence felt.
Many people have their own views about him.. but yes that’s how it is..
“With success comes the criticism”
I still remember the video from Mtv Bakra- A girl randomly proposing Rahul. I have always wished to meet Rahul (n yes to propose him—mah crazy desire), it will be just like a dream come true meeting mah childhood crush..
And I strongly believe there is only one “ Rahul Dravid” The Classy Batsman.. The wall.. The Dependable.. n yes one and only mah sweetheart “Jammy”
Wish him all the great things, success and happiness in life.. Love U " Rahul" Muaahh...:-)
